FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of medicine, namely, to a method for obtaining a bioresorbable porous magnesium-based material with a polycaprolactone coating, including mixing magnesium powders and a pore agent, cold pressing, two-stage processing with an increase in temperature in vacuum, applying a polycaprolactone solution and drying, characterized in that magnesium powders and the pore agent, where the pore agent is selected from carbamide, are mixed in a planetary mill at a rotation speed of 120 rpm for 30 minutes, and after pressing, they are treated with 600-1200 grit sanding paper using ethanol as a lubricant, followed by treatment in an ultrasonic bath in an ethanol medium for 3 minutes, and a solution of polycaprolactone in acetone at a concentration of 12, wt. %, is applied in two stages by centrifugation to the surface of the sample, first at 400 rpm for 50 seconds and then at 4000 rpm for 60 seconds.
EFFECT: present invention provides for the production of a porous magnesium material with predominantly small pores, as well as with improved penetration of the polymer coating into the pores of the material, which causes better corrosion properties.
