FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to centrifugal devices for separating suspensions containing components sensitive to mechanical influences as a solid phase. The centrifuge contains an outer casing, inside of which a perforated drum and an integrated turbomolecular pump are placed on the drive shaft. Rotor stages of turbomolecular pump are fixed on the drum shell near its loading opening, while the stator ones are made detachable and installed at least on two separate fragments of the outer casing shell. Fragments of the shell are made with the possibility of hermetic docking between themselves and the outer casing with the formation of a closed surface of rotation and equipped with drives of plane-parallel displacement relative to the axis of drum rotation. The contours of the radial sections of drum loading opening and the revolution surface, surrounding it with clearance, formed by the fragments of the outer casing shell are made along the profile of the Laval ring nozzle. In the receiving space of the centrifuge between the outer casing and the drum, in front of the rotor stages of turbomolecular pump, there are additionally installed drop eliminators fixed to the outer casing.
EFFECT: preventing the filtrate removal through the turbine unit of the turbomolecular pump, increasing the degree of separation and drying of the suspension solid component due to inter-cavity air pressure drop.
