FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: microwave power switch contains arms formed by n=3…n segments of the transmission line connected by one end at a common point. At least, n-1 segments of the transmission line are shunted by microwave frequencies k=1, 2, 3… k with the semiconductor keys connected to the shunted section through the line segments that are close to a quarter wavelength. Herewith each such first segment from the common point is connected at a distance close to a quarter of the wavelength from the common junction point. The line segment closest to the common point is connected to the shunted line segment through the resistor R. The distance between the connection points to the shunted line segment of the last and the penultimate segments connecting the keys is close to a quarter of the wavelength. All switch arms are matched to the microwave.

EFFECT: providing the matching of the microwave inputs, the switch outputs, which will allow to use it together with devices, the loads of which must necessarily be coordinated.
