SUBSTANCE: energy bar comprising bitter chocolate mass and walnut, the content of bitter chocolate mass being 75-92% by weight, and that of walnut 8-25% by weight, and in the process of obtaining an energy bar, obtaining the chocolate mass, melting the chocolate mass and introducing walnut kernels into it being carried out at the temperature of 42-45°C.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain chocolate enriched with macro- and microelements, protein, with original taste and aroma, and also to increase its shelf life, without changing the organoleptic characteristics, for more than 12 months.
