FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics, gynecology, infectious diseases and immunology, and can be used for prediction of pregnancy course in urogenital infection (UGI). That is ensured by determining TLR3 and TLR8 gene expression levels in real-time PCR with reverse transcription in pregnant women with UGI in scraping from cervical canal and/or vaginal mucosa. For prediction of pregnancy course values of classification functions are calculated by formulas and maximum value of function is determined, according to which urgent and preterm delivery with infection and clinical manifestations are predicted, urgent delivery with infection, interruption of pregnancy with infection and clinical manifestations.
EFFECT: method enables predicting an early gestation outcome with minimally invasive gestation.
