FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: construction contains reinforced concrete panels with a size of 6000×1800 mm, each of which consists of destructible and non-destructible parts. Opposite the destructible part, from the outside of the building fence, there is a protective screen made of a material with increased strength, for example an armour-piercing material, which is fixed to at least three rods located horizontally and perpendicular to the building fence, at the ends of which disks are fixed which pass through the holes in the protective screen. The disks located on the right side of the rods are immured in the building fenced, and the discs on the left side of the rods rest against the elastic elements supporting the protective screen to the enclosure of the buildings, characterized in that the elastic elements supporting the protective screen to the building fence are in the form of combined springs, each of which consists of two parts with oppositely directed ends, one part of which has coils of rectangular cross-section, and the other part of the spring is hollow, wherein the counter-directed end of the first part is placed in the cavity of the second one. The gaps of segment profile of contacting spring parts are filled with antifriction grease. At the end of the second part of the spring, a sealing collar is mounted to prevent the lubricant leakage, and the first part of the helical spring, made with coils of the rectangular cross-section with rounded edges, is covered with a tube of a damping material, for example polyurethane. The gaps in the first part of the helical spring, made with coils of the rectangular cross-section, which is covered by the tube of a damping material, are filled with crumbs from a friction material, the gaps in the first part of the helical spring, made with coils of the rectangular cross-section, covered by the tube of a damping material, are filled with crumbs of a frictional material made of the composition containing the following components, at the ratio thereof, wt %: the mixture of resole and novolak phenol-formaldehyde resins at the ratio of 1:(0.2-1.0) 28÷34; a fibrous mineral filler containing glass-roving or a mixture of glass-roving and basalt fiber in the ratio 1:(0.1-1.0) 12÷19; graphite 7÷18; a friction modifier containing carbon black in the form of the mixture with kaolin and silicon dioxide, 7÷45; barite concentrate 20÷35; talc 1.5÷3.0.
EFFECT: increased reliability of operation of destructible explosion-proof devices during an emergency explosion at the facility.
