FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: excavator comprises a bucket, a winch cable supporting the bucket, and a rocker assembly. The rocker assembly comprises a rocker configured to be connected to the bucket and a balance beam comprising an installation unit configured to receive a part of the winch cable. The rocker can rotate around the rocker axis and has the flat surface. The balance beam is hingedly connected to the rocker. The balance beam can rotate around the balance beam axis, which is parallel to the flat surface of the rocker arm and is offset from the flat surface.
EFFECT: simplified design and increased productivity.
