FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: conveyor roller consists of a roller housing and bearing assemblies with an axis (1). Roller chassis contains enclosure (2) bearings, elastic porous filler (17), reliance (4) elastomer and clamping ring (3) and run as a single assembly. Shell is made mobile roller axis in all planes. Bouncy foam filler is located between the sidewall and the bearings and cushioning properties.
EFFECT: automatic regulation of the cross gathering tapes and increase service life.
