SUBSTANCE: according to some embodiments, the first network node controls the transmission power of the first wireless device capable of providing device-to-device communication D2D. The first network node receives, at least, one measurement report from, at least, one of the first wireless device and the second wireless device when D2D communicates with the first wireless device. The measurement report indicates measurements of the received signal or path loss with respect to the other first wireless device and the second wireless device and/or measurements of the received signal or path loss with respect to the interference node. The first network node sends the first instructions of the wireless device for adjusting the transmit power that the first wireless device uses for the D2D communications. The adjustment is, at least, in part, based on the accepted measurement report.

EFFECT: limiting interference within the device.
