Technical result of the claimed technical solution is achieved by the fact that in the declared solution there are stages, at which it is determined necessity to report measurements to the radio network node within the limits of measurement messages delay, it is determined necessity to perform the SRS switching procedure, prolonging the measurement message delay associated with the measurement message to the radio network node to enable the UE to perform the SRS switching procedure, and reporting the measurements to the radio network node during the extended measurement message delay.
