SUBSTANCE: device includes an elongated body with proximal and distal end portions and a needle portion connected to the distal end portion including an elongated shaft with a closed pointed distal tip. The needle part has at least one electrode and one opening to supply tumescent fluid and electrical energy, so as to provide supply to the target nerve, not to the plane of surface tissues lying above the target nerve. At that, the planes of surface tissues are protected from accidental high-temperature damage due to the electrical energy effect on the target nerve. At least one electrode is located on the outer surface of the needle portion and at least one electrode is opposite to one fluid supply opening.

EFFECT: use of the invention allows to protect the planes of surface tissues from accidental high-temperature damage during nerve ablation procedures.
