In one aspect, the transfer unit comprises a centralized recovery process system comprising at least a first mixing chamber and a second mixing chamber and made with the possibility to combine water with at least a first highly concentrated beverage ingredient in the first mixing chamber to form a first recovered mixture and to combine water with at least a second highly concentrated beverage ingredient in the second mixing chamber to form a second recovered mixture, and in another aspect - a centralized system of ingredients having a plurality of sources of flavour beverage ingredients, and the pipeline comprises a main bundle of microtubes.
