SUBSTANCE: device for abducting the tissue comprises a coil, a sleeve and a retainer. The coil consists of: a small gear, to which a thread coil is attached with a thread retainer on one side and a rounded lever on the other, a large gear, to which a lever is attached with a cylindrical handle for a faster return of the thread and two flat plates with holes for fixation to the sleeve. The sleeve consists of a flexible part and a locking lever which puts the sleeve into shape. The retainer is attached to the Mayfield frame.
EFFECT: expanding the technical capabilities of the device by dosing the degree of tumour traction, minimizing the action of the assistant in the operating wound and increasing the safety of marginal mobilization of the pathological neoplasm with minimal damage to the arteries and feeding veins.
