FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgical instruments, namely, retractors and retractors, and can be used in surgery, mainly in plastic surgery, during operations in the field of rhinoplasty, in particular, closed rhinoplasty, as well as blepharoplasty, endoscopic lifting, otoplasty. Retractor with a working part in the form of a hook of a fenestrated form with two straight parallel branches and a rounded raised end is equipped with a handle. Hook is made of steel wire and has the form of a frame with a closed contour, its rear knees are made with a fourfold bend relative to the plane of the branch. Retractor is equipped with a cone-shaped coupling-clutch with a truncated apex, in which two holes are made to fix the working part, and at the base of the cone there is a protrusion in the form of a threaded rod for fastening a handle made with an internal thread at one end and a millimeter scale applied along the handle from its opposite end.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows to ensure the possibility of expanding the wound and increasing the depth of penetration into the wound, improving the view of its cavity and walls, as well as to ensure the retention of widely delaminated tissue patches while minimizing the necessary effort to keep the fabric from slipping.
