SUBSTANCE: method for incorporation of solid and oily biologically active micro- and nanoparticles into neutrophils involves introduction of a suspension containing an irrigant into the abdominal cavity of a donor animal, maintaining of a period for neutrophils migration into the abdominal cavity, particle phagocytosis, washing of the obtained cells, for example by centrifugation, phagocytosis is carried out in the animal's body in vivo for 7-12 hours, neutrophils washing from the peritoneal exudate is carried out by injection of 8-10 milliliters of cold buffered saline solution prepared in deionized water into the mouse's abdominal cavity, with subsequent preservation of these cells.

EFFECT: invention provides activation, immunomodulation of various immunity units, as well as targeted delivery of medicinal and diagnostic substances.
