SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to pharmacology, the results of which can be used to activate cell phagocytosis and enhance non-specific resistance of macrophages before interaction with other immune cells of the body when correcting a pathological state of the immune system associated with a deficiency in the development of a Th1-dependent immune response in chronic and recurrent infectious diseases. Proposed is the use of water-soluble humic acids from peat of an oligotrophic bog, obtained by preliminary drying, grinding, sieving through a sieve of raw materials, further treatment with 0.1 M sodium pyrophosphate solution in a weight ratio of 1:100 with constant stirring for 8 hours, separation on a vacuum nutsche filter, dissolving obtained extract with hydrochloric acid pH=1-2, precipitation by centrifugation, washing precipitate with purified water pH=7 and drying at room temperature, with weight-average molecular weight 39698.0 Da, number-average molecular weight 7737.8 Da, median 17526.4 Da and polydispersity 5.1; with weight-average molecular weight of 22783.9 Da, number-average molecular weight of 6110.2 Da, median 11798.9 Da and polydispersity 3.7; and with weight-average molecular weight 18755.3 Da, number-average molecular weight 4871.2 Da, median 9558.3 Da and polydispersity 3.9 as an agent enhancing phagocytic activity of cells.
EFFECT: application described above extends the range of non-toxic immunostimulating agents of natural origin, having a pronounced ability to enhance phagocytic properties of macrophages and neutrophils, increasing both the number of phagocytes and the intensity of particle absorption.
