SUBSTANCE: presented method includes video recording of the thermal radiation of the test object, transposing the resulting video image into the visible range and generating a video signal, in which a different image colour corresponds to different temperatures of the observed object. The video recording of thermal radiation is carried out simultaneously on board the spacecraft by two infrared and ultraviolet cameras, followed by the determination of the temperature at the i, j-th point of the image field, the localization of image areas with a temperature exceeding the threshold value, and the transmission of the video image over the radio channel to the ground receiving points for analysis. Transpose of the video image to the visible range (λvr) is carried out according to the type λvr=f(λ, λmin, Δλsb), where λ - the current value of the wavelength, λmin - the minimum value of the wavelength in the selected wavelength subband, Δλsb - the considered wavelength subband.

EFFECT: increasing the reliability of temperature control of the test object.
