FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a simulator of vessels in the form of transparent tubes with installed pump and pressure recording system. A closed vascular simulator bed provides the possibility for modeling arterial and venous blood flow and is made in the form of transparent silicone tubes with a change in their diametres along the length corresponding to the diametres of the blood vessels. Pressure sensors and a peristaltic pump are mounted in the tubes with the help of T-joints, the peristaltic pump has the ability to regulate power, compensate pressure losses and provide pulsations to the blood-modeling fluid. A solution of human serum albumin with a concentration of 100÷300 mcM in phosphate buffer is used as a blood simulator.
EFFECT: approximation of the model to real conditions due to the allowance for main vascular bed and physicochemical blood values.
