FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Incubation device, configured to support a fetus in ectopic conditions, comprises an incubation chamber configured to hold a volume of sterile fluid and the fetus, wherein the volume of sterile fluid is sufficient to allow the immersion of the fetus in the sterile fluid in the incubation chamber, wherein the incubation chamber is a bag or sack made of inert medical plastic or silicone. Incubation chamber comprises an inlet and an outlet, wherein the inlet is configured to provide a channel for introducing sterile fluid into the incubation chamber, and the outlet is configured to provide a channel for removing sterile fluid from the incubation chamber. Pumpless oxygenation circuit comprises an oxygenator having an inlet and an outlet, and is adapted to be connected with the fetus, so that it forms a channel that includes a first part, configured to facilitate arterial outflow from the fetus to the inlet of the oxygenator, and a second part, configured to facilitate return flow from the outlet to the fetus. Reserve tank is designed to store a stock of sterile liquid larger than the volume of sterile liquid in the incubation chamber. Drain is configured to receive used liquid from the incubation chamber. Pump is designed to discharge sterile fluid from said reserve tank through the inlet to the incubation chamber and through the outlet.
EFFECT: technical result consists in maintaining homeostasis of a premature fetus for a long time and solving the problem of bacterial growth.
