FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises reaction of metalloporphyrin with phosphite in the presence of a catalyst and a solvent, heating the reaction mixture while stirring, purifying the obtained product using a column chromatography method. Cobalt porphyrinate is used as metalloporphyrin, di-n-butylphosphite - as phosphite, potassium persulphate (10-11 equivalents) is added as oxidant, 1.5-2 ml of dioxane and 0.5-1 ml of water are used as the binary solvent, 20-30 moll. % of silver sulphate is used as the catalyst. Heating is carried out at 100-101°C for 1.5-2 hours. In order to extract the product, water excess is added, filtered and dried to obtain 5,10,15-triphenyl-20-(4'-di-n-butoxyphosphorylphenyl) cobalt porphyrinate and [2-(di-n-butoxyphosphoryl)]-5,10,15,20-cobalt tetraphenylporphinate:

The invention allows to obtain compounds which can be used as photosensitisers for photodynamic therapy of malignant tumors, active components of sensory devices, chemo-, electro-, solvatochromic materials and in other fields of science and technology .
EFFECT: cheapening the synthesis process, increasing the safety of the process by reducing toxicity, simplifying the reaction equipment by eliminating the use of vacuum technology and an inert atmosphere in the reaction vessel, speeding up the process.
