FIELD: optical methods for measuring physical and chemical parameters.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of forming two observation channels at using laser irradiation with different wave length values; forming frequency-time record of reference sample; forming angular divergence of laser irradiation and scanning space; interrupting scanning at finding irradiation spectra correlated with irradiation spectrum of reference sample; in the result of interaction of object and irradiation, in first channel forming combination scatter irradiation and in second channel forming laser-induced fluorescence; recording and writing spectra of object irradiation; identifying object due to comparing frequency-time portrait of investigated object with frequency-time record of reference sample.
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of rapid analysis.
