SUBSTANCE: holder for a bone or joint medical implant or a bone or joint medical implant component with a grip portion and a holding portion comprises a base member, at least two fixing pins, at least one receptacle in the base member and a pressing member. The base member is installed in the holding portion. Two fixing pins are located at a distance from each other in the holding portion. The locking pins begin on the outside of the base member and extend axially up to the free end. The receptacle penetrates the base member from the inside opposite to its outer side, to the outer side and is continuously tapering at least at a portion in the direction of the outer side. At least one first locking pin is formed as a locking pin inserted into the receptacle with a clearance with an axial portion where its diameter is tapered towards the free end. The first locking pin further has a pressing surface formed at its end located on the inner side of the base member. The portion where the receptacle is continuously tapered and the axial portion of the first locking pin with a tapered diameter are configured, such that if the first locking pin is placed in the receptacle, it can be rotated in a direction transverse to its longitudinal axis around the pivot point formed as a result of interaction of the continuously tapering portion of the receptacle with the axial portion of the first locking pin with a continuously tapered diameter. The pressing member moves toward the inner side of the holding portion that acts on the pressing surface portion located on one side of the central axis of the first locking pin and does not overlap this central axis. The kit consists of the above-mentioned holder and a medical implant of a bone or joint or a component of a medical implant of a bone or joint. On the implant or on the implant component, respectively, mounting holes are provided at the mounting portion with location relative to each other, size and shape corresponding to the locking pins location of relative to each other, size and shape, and into which these pins are inserted.
EFFECT: possibility of application of a holder with various medical implants or implant components.
