FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to correct the psychophysiological state of a person. The patient listens to a sound signal. The sound signal is obtained by changing a carrier signal with a frequency of 233, 377, 610, 987, 1,597, 2,584 or 4,181 Hz, a modulating signal with a frequency selected from the ranges 3–5, 5–8, 8–13, 13–21, 21–34, 34–55 or 55–89 Hz. In each cycle of modulating the carrier signal with one modulating signal, the frequency of the modulating signal is first increased from a minimum to a maximum frequency value and then decreased from a maximum to a minimum frequency value within the selected frequency range of the modulating signal. The duration of time for changing the frequency of the modulating signal is 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89 seconds. The ratio of the duration of time for increasing the frequency of the modulating signal within the selected frequency range and the duration of time for decreasing it is a multiple of the ratio (√5-1)/2.
EFFECT: method improves the psychophysiological state of a person by fractal acoustic neuromodulation.
