FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: glass container contains a glass substrate having an inner surface and an outer surface. Inner surface of glass substrate is characterized by a stratification factor of less than or equal to 10 and a threshold diffusion capacity of more than about 16 mcm2/H at the temperature of less than or equal to 450°C. Heat-resistant coating is applied to the outer surface, which is thermostable at the temperature of at least 260°C for 30 minutes.
EFFECT: increasing the resistance to mechanical damage and stratification.
