FIELD: package and storage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a glass container for packaging pharmaceutical compositions. Container is made of aluminosilicate glass. Container has a compression stress layer with layer depth greater than or equal to 3 mcm and less than or equal to 150 mcm, surface compression pressure greater than or equal to 200 MPa and less than or equal to 750 MPa. Glass container is strengthened by ion exchange, which is carried out by immersing container into bath of salt melt and holding container in salt bath for time greater than or equal to 0.5 hours and less than or equal to 30 hours at temperature less than or equal to 450 °C.
EFFECT: high resistance to delamination.
