SUBSTANCE: in sauce formulation, a vegetable additive containing dietary fibers, either "Fine cellulose", or "Wheat bran", or Siberian fiber "Health basket", is introduced as a thickener. A quantitative ratio of the sause components is selected. The cooking time should be carried out within 25-30 minutes.
EFFECT: obtaining high-quality sauce and expanding the range of tomato sauces, and the use of functional ingredient ensures the consumption of dietary fibers in the amount of 9 to 10 percent of the required daily intake.
