FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and discloses a tray system (1) comprising a tray (2) with a base (4) having retaining structures (6) to retain implant components, tools and/or tool holders of at least the first and second information sheets (3, 3', 3"), both of which are arranged to be independently removably arranged on the tray base. Each information sheet has its own distribution of holes that are aligned with the retaining structures of the base when the information sheet is located on the base so that the implant component, tool or tool holder can be installed in one of the retaining structures (6) by means of a corresponding hole from the holes (7', 7"). In addition, a method for preparation of an individualized information sheet (3, 3', 3") for a tray (2) with a base (4) having retaining structures (6) in a specific pattern to retaining implant components, tools and/or tool holders, is disclosed.
EFFECT: inventions allow, by preparation of an individual information sheet, to form a tray system with the necessary individual set of necessary tools for a surgical operation.
