FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to organizers for storage of surgical instruments in surgical kits. Organizer for storing surgical instruments comprises a tray, recesses in the tray and at least a second clamping plate on the upper surface of the tray next to the second socket for the instrument. Tray has a top surface. Recesses in the tray form tool wells, have shape corresponding to external shape of tools. Each well for tools is made with possibility to have depth corresponding to stack height of specified number of such tools. At least one well for tools is deeper than, at least, one other well for tools. Second socket for tools is located at the distance from the first well for tools. Second clamping plate is installed for movement between the first position closing the section of the second well, and the second position withdrawn from the second well. Second clamping plate in the first position blocks removal of the instrument from the well or insertion of the instrument into the second socket. Second clamping plate in the second position allows withdrawal of the instrument from the second well and insertion of the instrument into the second socket. Organizer for storing surgical instruments having specific shapes and heights comprises recesses and at least a second clamping bar on the upper surface of the tray next to the second tool pocket. Recesses form tool wells. Each well has upper part, wells for tools continue downwards from corresponding upper parts. Each well has shape corresponding to external shape of specific surgical instrument. Each tool well is configured to have a depth corresponding to the stack height of the specific tools, at least one well has a depth different from the depth of at least one other well. Organizer for storing surgical instruments having different shapes and heights comprises a plurality of first tool wells, a plurality of second tool wells, and at least a second clamping plate on the upper surface of the tray next to the second tool pocket. Each first well has an upper part. First wells extend downward from respective top parts. Each first well has shape corresponding to outer shape of first specific surgical instrument. Each first well for tools is made with possibility to have depth corresponding to stack height of specific first tool, at least one first well has depth different from depth, at least, to another first well for tools. Each second well has an upper part. Second wells extend downward from respective top parts. Each second well has shape corresponding to outer shape of specific surgical instrument. Each second well for tools is made with possibility to have depth corresponding to stack height of specific second tool, at least one second well has depth different from depth of at least one other second well for tools. Each second well is configured to have a depth corresponding to the depth of a specific first well.
EFFECT: use of inventions enables reducing duration of surgical operation and time under anaesthesia.
