SUBSTANCE: mortar composition based on the binder includes, at least, an inorganic binder, an additive based on an organic carbonate of the formula R1-O-(CO)-OR2, containing, at least, 5 carbon atoms, in which R1 and R2, the same or different, are hydrocarbon radicals, alkyl or alkylene, linear or cyclic, optionally branched, saturated or unsaturated, cycloalkyl or aromatic, granules, aggregates and/or sand or other excipients. The invention is developed in dependent points of the formula.
EFFECT: obtaining a durable and strong coating.
