SUBSTANCE: vascular tissue of a pig, cow, sheep, dog or human, deprived of cells by perfusion, containing cell-free extracellular matrix of the said tissue is proposed. This extracellular matrix includes a vascular tree. This cell-free extracellular matrix of the said tissue retains most of the fluid introduced into the said vascular tree of the cell-free extracellular matrix. A method for cell removal from the tissue by perfusion is proposed, as well as a part of an organ with cells removed by perfusion.

EFFECT: possibility of effective reconstruction of organ or tissue.
