FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of biology and medicine, namely to physiology of cardio-vascular system. In order to obtain connective tissue frame of main vessel of mammals and humans 1% SDS water solution and 1% Triton X 100 water solution are used. Vessel fragment is fixed on cannula, washed from blood with distilled water, after which successively perfused with 1% SDS and Triton X 100 water solutions at temperature 26°C and perfusion rate 20 ml/min. Duration of perfusion with each of solutions constitutes 60 min. After that vessel fragment is successively perfused for 10 minutes with distilled water and physiological solution at temperature 26°C and perfusion rate 20 ml/min.

EFFECT: method allows to obtain connective tissue frame of main vessel with uninjured structure of collagen and elastic fibres.
