FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Method of ex vivo re-cellularization of tissue or organ matrix is described including: a) providing de-cellularized matrix of mammal organ or vascularized tissue, where matrix includes intact organ capsule, comprises vascular system and, when liquid is introduced in one point of entry of above vascular system of above de-cellularized matrix, said liquid exits in other way; and b) re-endothelization of matrix of said tissue or organ by perfusion in antegrade and retrograde directions of said de-cellularized vascular system of said matrix of tissue or organ with composition including pure population of endothelial cells or endothelial precursor cells.

EFFECT: during transplantation to recipient of tissue or organ matrix very low thrombogenicity is shown.
