SUBSTANCE: valve drive includes a drive shaft for adjusting when the valve is operated between an open position and a closed position, an induction AC motor for driving the drive shaft, a contactless position sensor, configured to output a signal, representing an angular position of the drive shaft or valve, and a controller, configured to control the AC motor in accordance with a signal, produced with the position sensor.
EFFECT: elimination of predisposition to hysteresis and to problems, caused by free gap effect and hydraulic shock, arising from pressure surges or a wave from forced stop of the fluid for valve drive.
