FIELD: pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: L-α-glycerophosphorylcholine is sorbed from a methanol free fat-free solution of L-α-glycerophosphorylcholine obtained by transesterification of lecithin on a cation exchanger in an anhydrous solvent, eluated from the cation exchanger with demineralized water, the eluate is decolourized with activated carbon, purified from mineral and organic salts on ion exchange resins, and concentrated, with sorption and elution from the cation exchanger being carried out at a reduced temperature of 0÷5°C, and filtration through a sterilizing filter is used before concentration.
EFFECT: effective method for obtaining of a valuable substance in high yield and purity.
