FIELD: tobacco industry.
SUBSTANCE: make-up machine for manufacturing multicomponent cigarettes, each comprising of a plurality of parts, which have a central axis and at least one portion, formed by the filtering element, and at least another portion formed by an aromatic, preferably tobacco, element. The make-up machine contains a junction unit for forming groups of parts, where each group includes at least two different first parts, axially aligned and end-to-end contacting. The groups of parts move perpendicular to their central axis. The first rolling unit, receiving the sequence of groups of parts from the junction unit, the groups of parts are sequentially fed parallel to their central axis and a strip of rolling material is wrapped around the sequence of groups of parts to form at least one continuous rod of parts. The first rolling unit contains a cutting device for cyclical and transverse cutting of groups of parts in respective tubular rolling papers from the continuous rod of parts; and the second rolling unit, receiving the groups of parts in the respective tubular rolling papers from the first rolling unit, the groups of parts in the respective tubular rolling papers are fed perpendicularly to their central axis and a rolling sheet is wrapped around each group of parts in the respective tubular rolling papers. The machine has a U-design, so that each junction unit faces the second rolling unit, and contains the second passing unit, disposed between the first rolling unit and the second rolling unit, where the first rolling unit and the second rolling unit are at an angle of 90°. And the second rolling unit includes a rolling paper feed unit for feeding rolling material sheets; and a part feed unit, installed before the rolling paper feed unit for feeding the second parts into the group of parts.
EFFECT: creation of an advanced cigarette making machine for cigarette make-up, which would be cheap and easy to manufacture.
