Each of the auxiliary loudspeakers is configured to generate sound based on the audio signals of the surround sound. The processing unit is configured to generate main audio signals and surround sound signals. The audio signal processing section is adapted to partially add the audio signal components of the surround sound to the basic main audio signals for generating the main audio signals. The device is configured to adjust the dimensional sound balance between the main and auxiliary loudspeakers and comprises a correction unit for frequency response planarization, delay correction. The loudspeakers are located according to the front-rear principle. The delay correction section is configured to correct the difference in sound propagation delay due to the use of a sound filter.
