FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of producing gasoline comprising: a) combining in the extractive distillation column (ED), with a reboiler, of (a) the preheated raw fraction of the cracked gasoline (boiling in the range of 40-90°C) comprising a high benzene concentration of the catalytic cracking gasoline raw fractions produced from catalytic cracking fluidized bed, without any pre-treatment, where the gasoline fraction contains impurities, 10-30 wt % of benzene, and 70-90 wt % of close boiling nonaromatic hydrocarbons, and wherein the impurities include one or more metals in a concentration not exceeding the level of parts per billion, 1-400 parts per million of oxygenates, and 0.1-3 parts per million of chlorides, 100-700 parts per million of sulfur, 0.6 to 14 parts per million of nitrogen and organic peroxides at the concentrations of peroxides of 20-50 mmol/liter; and (b) the preheated solvent mixture containing a selective solvent selected from the group consisting of N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP), N-formylmorpholine (NFM) and dimethylformamide (DMF), and water as corestates at a mass mixing ratio of solvent to raw materials from 1 to 10, and where the raw material is introduced into the extractive distillation column in its middle area and a mixture of solvent is introduced into the column in its head zone; b) maintaining the temperature in the column extraction distillation cube in the range of 140°C to 185°C; c) removing a raffinate phase containing gasoline having a benzene content less than 0.4 wt % of the head area of the extraction distillation column and the extract phase containing benzene and solvent mixture from the column extraction distillation cube, and d) separating the solvent mixture from the extract phase in the solvent recovery column (SRC) to produce the solvent, not containing benzene, from the cube and benzene having a purity of more than 97 wt % of the head SRC area. The proposed method allows to obtain gasoline having a benzene content of less than 0.4 wt %.
