SUBSTANCE: electronic means case for connection to the interacting socket, having contact conductors to contact the corresponding conductors in the socket when connected to the socket. The electronic means case has a casing, the casing has the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth surface portions configured to define the outer casing part. A socket for connection and holding of the corresponding electronic case, having contact conductors for contacting the corresponding conductors in the case when connected to the case. The socket has a main surface along which the case can move in the connection direction to connect the case to the socket. An absorbent product control system, comprising: a diaper with a socket in which the diaper sensor elements terminate; a data acquisition unit having electronic data acquisition means enclosed in a housing and configured to interact with a socket for connection of electronic data acquisition means to sensor elements; and data processing equipment to process data received from the sensor elements by means of data collection, and to implement action based thereon.
