FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: welder by means of the welding device (100) performs the welding operation on the object (104) subject to welding. The welding device (100) comprises a data acquisition device (110) which can be connected to the server (120) via the data transmission network to receive and transmit information. The data acquisition device (110) comprises a memory unit for recording information and storing the recorded information. An identifier is established which individualizes the welder, and at least one element of information corresponding to the identifier. The identifier is read using the data acquisition device (110). The identifier and the identified at least one information element are received from the server or from the data acquisition device. Also the welding instruction identifier for the welding operation and at least one element of information from the welding instruction corresponding to the identifier are provided. The identifier is read by the data acquisition device (110), and the identifier and at least one information element corresponding to the identifier are obtained from the server or the data acquisition device. The data acquisition device receives information and/or parameters of the welding operation from the welding device and saves this information and/or welding operation parameters which were received, simultaneously with their registration, in the memory unit. A information fusion operation is carried out according to which the identifiers obtained before the start of the welding operation and the information and/or parameters of the welding operation collected and stored during the welding operation are combined so that they form an information package which individualizes the welding operation.
