FIELD: aircraft.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the area of rocket and space technology and lighter-than-air aircraft. The aerostat rocket and space complex includes an airship, a launch vehicle, a transport and launch container, a ground launch platform with a support and holding apparatus, and a transport and installation aggregate. The launch vehicle is equipped with a container with a parachute system. The nose fairing is made with a reinforced structure, on the upper part whereof a container is installed by means of a fastening unit with a pyro cartridge configured to stabilise the position of the launch vehicle prior to activation of the propulsion unit of the launcher rocket. On the lower part of the disk-shaped toroidal airship, scanning apparatuses are installed equidistantly allowing to determine the spatial position of the launch vehicle upon deployment from the transport and launch container and participating in the formation of a launch command to the propulsion unit of the launch vehicle.
EFFECT: invention is intended to expand the range of spacecraft launching means.
