MOBILE ROBOTIZED MODIFIED BED Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC A61G5/00 A61G7/15 A61G7/16

Abstract RU 2636912 C1

FIELD: human vital needs satisfaction.

SUBSTANCE: mobile robotized modified bed consists of an omnidirectional undercarriage and a modified bearing surface equipped with a positioning system providing a possibility of controlled regulation. This omnidirectional undercarriage contains a central frame with four linear guide rails on the top, a telescopic frame is hung on each pair of these linear guides in forward/backward direction, and a fixed axis consisting of a connecting part and Ilon wheels is arranged in each of them. In this connecting part the Ilon wheels drive is located, the front and rear telescopic frames are connected by a linear drive of the sliding section of the undercarriage. In the telescopic frames, control units for wheel rotation drives are integrated. Along the longitudinal axis of the central frame, in its lower part, there is a battery charger for the batteries and batteries on the sides, and the mobile omnidirectional undercarriage is provided with cushioning elements along its perimeter and central sheath divided in the longitudinal and axial direction. In the coaxial lower part of the central frame there is a butt surface containing elements for docking with a functional design of the required type of mobile omnidirectional undercarriage. The modified bearing surface consists of the main sections of transverse and at the same time fractional assembly units in the form of frame sections, namely: the head section, the back section, the pelvic section, the femoral section, the leg section and the feet section, and each of these sections consists of one central part and two side parts where all central parts in the longitudinal direction form a fractional central section and all the side portions have two longitudinal side sections, while the pelvic section consists only of the central part. The adjacent central and side parts are pivotally connected to one another in a rotatable manner, positioning of each of the opposite side parts and locking of the side parts in horizontal position are effected by driving the side portions, positioning of each individual segment of the central section is effected by linear actuators of the central section. The pelvic section along the main central axis of the modified bearing surface is rigidly connected to the supporting surface insert, connected to the rack insert by linear guides of the drawer section, and between the modified bearing surface and the mobile omnidirectional undercarriage there is a coupling unit with connecting elements engaged with the butt surface of the mobile omnidirectional undercarriage.

EFFECT: increased application convenience.
