SUBSTANCE: coated article comprises a container for a food product or beverage comprising a metal can and a composition for coating the interior surface of the containers for food products and beverages containing a binder resin comprising a polymer with reactive functional groups and a hardener and a polysilicone resin, in particular from 10 to 30 wt % with respect to the solid mass of the alkylphenylsilsesquioxane resin containing hydroxyl groups, functional groups reactive with the functional groups of the hardener, wherein the mentioned composition is dispersed in an aqueous medium.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of coating directly on steel without pre-treatment or auxiliary adhesive, without the formation of microcracks and visible corrosion during storage of food products and with the complete release of contents from the inside of the can when turning over.
