FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for saturating liquid with gas at the interface of contiguous phases, when gas bubbling is unacceptable. The carboniser comprises a housing provided with branch pipes for supply and discharge of liquid and branch pipes for supply and outlet of saturation gas. A truncated cone is installed in the upper part of the housing. The housing also accommodates a liquid distribution device and a gas distributing device. The liquid distribution device is made in the form of a truncated cone connected to the movement mechanism, with its base installed in the housing made in the form of a conical shell with an annular gap forming a liquid dispenser. The inner surface of the conical shell is provided with annular shelves made with a slope to the center of the carbonizer, to which the gas distribution device is adjacent. Liquid supply and discharge branch pipes are interconnected by a circulation pump.

EFFECT: treatment of solutions with different viscosity, as well as emulsions and suspensions.
