SUBSTANCE: genetic material is delivered to the eukaryotic cells by binding the plasmid DNA in a complex with the recombinant H2A or H2A-TAT histone in the presence of a biodegradable lipide represented by choline fatty acid ester.

EFFECT: compared with non-viral analogs, the invention allows to deliver the genetic material to eukaryotic cells of interest more efficiently.
