FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: heat spreading plate contains a meander tube that can be made of copper and fixed in brackets, each of which is made with a U-shaped cross-section. This meander tube is pressed into the heat-distributing plate. In this case, heat-distributing plate consists of two plates of thermally expanded graphite, between which a tube-meander is pressed. The near-surface layer of the noted heat-distributing plate is impregnated with a binder, which can be an epoxy resin. The method for manufacturing the heat distribution panel is characterized in that the meander tube is fixed in brackets, a plate of thermally expanded graphite is laid under the meander tube, the second plate of thermoexpanded graphite is laid on top of the meander tube, then the noted plates are pressed to form a heat spreading plate, then the near-surface layer the resulting heat spreading plate is impregnated with a binder.
EFFECT: design of the heat distribution panel, while maintaining its rigidity and strength, will simplify its manufacture, reduce its weight and cost, and due to weight reduction, it is much easier to install and dismantle it.
