FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: developed starting valve (100) for a machine (200) working with fluids, for vacuum system (1000). The starting valve (100) comprises: a valve body (100) with an opening (17) designed for gas inlet, and a working piston (13) mounted on splines on a stem (16) which can slide in a guide (18A). The working piston (13) together with the part of the valve body (10) defines the boundaries of a chamber (30). The working piston (13) is exposed to the deformable diaphragm (15). A calibrated throttling hole (16B) is made in series with a through hole (16) coaxially with the stem (16) to provide fluid communication between the chamber (30) and a hydrodynamic line (500) of a vacuum system (1000). In addition, a shutter (20) is provided also mounted on splines on the stem (16). The shutter (20) closes a hole (10B) for gas passage depending on pressure difference between the chamber (30) and the hydrodynamic line (500). The calibrated throttling orifice (16B) and a through hole (16A) provides fluid communication between the space limited by the connecting element (25), and the space (22), which is limited by the closing element (13) located in the upper part of valve body (10).

EFFECT: improved reliability of starting valve operation.
