FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: in the acoustic nozzle for spraying liquids in the lower part of the screw sprayer body an additional disc sprayer is fixed which consists of a threaded bushing with a central hole connected to the rod cavity rod by means of a calibrated hole. The additional disc sprayer also consists of un upper disc rigidly connected to a threaded bushing with a central hole. In addition, the additional disc sprayer consists of a lower solid disc connected to the upper disc by means of at least three fasteners to form a throttling gap between the discs.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of liquid spraying.
