FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mechanical engineering, and can be used for explosion protection of process equipment. Explosion-proof valve with the emergency start warning system includes the valve body, the heat-insulating and rupture elements, the lined cargo gate, which is movably connected to the valve body. Valve body is made in the form of lower cylindrical, middle conical and upper cylindrical parts. In the lower cylindrical part there is arranged the lined load gate valve that covers the hole made in the body of the protected object. In the upper cylindrical part of the valve body there is placed the heat-insulating element and the sealing membrane, which is pressed against the valve body by means of the cover, which is hingedly connected to the lever arm that interacts with the baffle plate. Fastening device of the rupture element is fixed by its upper part on the lever, and the lower one – to the upper cylindrical part of the valve body. Attachment point of the rupture element consists of the wire, the locking bolt, the plug, the valve cover lever arm, the nut, two drums, which are located respectively in the fork plate of the lever arm of the valve cover and in the fork plate of the upper cylindrical part of the valve body. Movable connection of the lined cargo gate with the base of the valve body is made in the form of three vertically mounted rods in the holes, which are made in the peripheral part of the body of the lined cargo gate. Rods are fixed by the lower part at the base of the valve body, and in the upper part they have the damping device, which is fixed onto the horizontal crossbeams of the rods and faces the cargo gate. Each of three damping devices is fixed on horizontal bridge, rigidly connected to the rod and made in the form of a circular disk on which the base of the damping device, made of rigid shock-absorbing material of the "Agate" type is screw-attached, connected to sleeve made from elastomer with central hole, through which rod is passed. Bushing has at least three holes that are coaxial with the rod, in which the resilient elements are disposed, cylindrical helical springs, the upper end of which by means of fastening elements is connected to the base of the damping device, and lower end is in free state and protrudes beyond bushing bottom plane at distance defined by force, generated with impact blast wave. To sleeve end surface, on the side of the free end of elastic elements arranged in its holes aligned with the rod, the safety element is rigidly attached, which is made in the form of a conical surface. Cone lower base rests against bushing, and top is made with hole, into which enters rod. Between the damping device fixed to the horizontal crossbeam and the upper part of the lined cargo gate, on the support rod, the bushing of quick-disintegrating material is coaxially fitted, for example, glass of the "triplex" type, the strength of which is calculated for the certain overpressure in the valve. On the lateral surface of the fast-disconnecting bushing, the safety indicator is fixed in the form of the strain gage, the signal from which is fed to the strain gage via the communication line, and from it to the alarm system unit, which allows to take appropriate measures in order to prevent the initial phase of an emergency.
EFFECT: invention provides increased efficiency of protection of technological equipment from explosions by increasing lined load gate damping.
