FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: lubrication method involves applying the magnetic field to friction side surfaces of teeth of gear wheel rims made of ferromagnetic material, and subsequent after rotation of crowns from their engagement zones with paired gear rims to the their lubricant material application zones, blowing the gear rims by jets of compressed air directed from the side of the apexes of the gear rims. The jets are arranged across the width of the gear rims oriented radially relative to the wheels and perpendicular to the surfaces circumscribed by the tips of gears of this gear rims, and the air used for blowing air is taken from the transmission body.
EFFECT: improve quality of lubrication and improved reliability of the gear train operation.
