FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: tool has a body and a cutter, a scraper and a spring placed inside it. Ends of body are covered with first and second lids. The first lid is provided with a through guide pipe. The cutter includes a base made in the form of a disk coaxial to the body. Cutter base is provided with cutting blades and a through hole coaxial to the body. Scraper includes a rod passed through the cutter base hole and provided with cutting edges. The cutter is pressed by a spring to the first lid. Cutting blades of the cutter and cutting edges of scraper are arranged to enable cutting blades of the cutter to cut outer chamfer on a pipe, and cutting edges of scraper to treat inner surface of pipe inserted through the guide tube inside the body.
EFFECT: use aircraft fuel system assembly in assembling finishing rooms and reduction of pipe ends processing time.
